Upcoming events for Taupō Climate action group can be viewed in the Calendar, and are described below:
Thursday 4th April, 3pm-5pm, Hickling Park: Taupō Children's picnic:
Bring your Children and your plastic bottle caps down to Hickling park for the Taupō Children's Picnic. TCAG will be there co-ordinating a plastic bottle cap mural.
Saturday 6th April, 10am-12pm, Taupō Venture Centre, 250 Spa Road: Taupō's inaugural Repair Café.
Bring your items in need of repair to Taupō Repair Café, or help others repair their items. Repairs available will include textiles, bikes, and small electrical appliances. Repairing items helps minimise waste, reduce consumption, and builds community.
Monday April 29th, 5pm - 7pm, REAP Taupō: "Join the Climate Conversation".
